Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Items are in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Items are free from stains, odors, or damage caused by the customer
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is available

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Undergarments and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
• Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
• Accessories (earrings, necklaces) that have been worn

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• UPI/Wallet: Refunds to UPI or digital wallets are typically instant
• Credit/Debit Card: Refunds to cards may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account
• Net Banking: Refunds via net banking take 5-7 business days
• Store Credit: You may opt for store credit which is issued immediately

6. Exchange Policy

We currently offer size exchanges for the same product. To request an exchange:

• Initiate a return for the original item
• Place a new order for the desired size
• Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund

If the desired size is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund or store credit as per your preference.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage/defect via email
• We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund
• For defective items, we cover all return shipping costs

8. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• We'll arrange a free pickup of the incorrect item
• The correct item will be shipped to you at no additional cost
• If the correct item is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund

9. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this window:

• Orders that haven't been shipped can be cancelled with a full refund
• Orders that have been shipped must go through the standard return process

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

• Check your bank account or card statement again
• Contact your bank or credit card company (processing times vary)
• If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at refunds@techout.in
